ApexXcel provides AI-assisted interview practice tools for individual candidates. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Account and subscription

Accounts use Google sign-in. Paid features require an active ApexXcel subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel or update payment details via Manage billing.

Acceptable use

Use ApexXcel for personal interview preparation. Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI content

Questions, scores, and feedback are generated by AI and are for practice only. They are not a guarantee of hiring outcomes. You are responsible for how you use results.

API keys (BYOK)

BYOK means Bring Your Own Key. You paste or load your own AI provider API key in Settings so ApexXcel can call that provider on your behalf. Your key stays on your device under your control. We do not store BYOK keys on our servers.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim, to the extent permitted by law.
