ApexXcel is designed so practice media stays on your device. This notice summarizes what we process for Candidate practice.
Account data
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google for authentication. We use your email to match Stripe subscription status.
Payments
Card and invoice data are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Billing history is available via Manage billing.
Interview content
Optional camera recording and video downloads stay in your browser on your device. We do not upload video or audio to ApexXcel servers.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
BYOK means you supply your own AI provider API key in Settings. The key stays on your device. We do not store it on our servers.
Feedback
If you use Write to ApexXcel or Share feedback, your message and contact fields are sent to our support inbox so we can reply.
Cookies / session
Session cookies keep you signed in. We do not sell personal data.
